Preparing for 8 June Street Party

Now that we have sent off the road closure application we better start preparing the Garden Walk Street Party on 8 June 2013.

All those who want to help, plan, have ideas and concerns, do come to our usual meeting place at number 60 Garden Walk on Thursday 9 May at 7pm.

For the Agenda:

Furniture (tables, chairs, gazebo etc)

Food (yeah!)

Signs and Decoration (Bunting, Road closure signs)
