There was a good sense last year that our street party was a big success. That's why we want to do it again this year. Liz (#60) has found a perfect date: It is Saturday 8 June 2013: The first weekend after the schools' half term, which gets us all those children. Also, there is no conflict with Victoria Park Street Party. Nor is there conflict with Strawberry Fair.
As last year, we are applying for a street closure again. It being a weekend, that should not be a problem (objections to gardenwalkparty@gmail.com).
